金方圆剪板机故障四：剪切时压力不够
          1、剪切时滑块、夹紧器缓缓下降，原因是主压力没有，应根据电路图检查PLC的1006是否有输出
          2、滤芯脏，需要更换
          3、压力阀脏，需要清洗
          4、油泵损坏，需要更换

金方圆剪板机故障五： 滑块倾斜，声音很大，油泵会自动关闭
              当直线电位器损坏或参数被修改会出现此现象
              解决方法是用铁片靠着上死点接近开关，在诊断程序将滑块剪切角减小，然后正常开机

          1、滤芯脏，需要更换
          2、压力阀脏，需要清洗
          3、油泵损坏，需要更换
